Transcend Level 2 Award in Infection Prevention, Mitigation and Management in Office and Contact Centre Environments

Transcend Level 2 Award in Infection Prevention, Mitigation and Management is an Ofqual regulated vocationally related qualification that sits in sector subject area 1.3 Health and social care. It is uniquely designed to be completed in the context of a specialist pathway that represents the learner’s workplace environment.  

The Office and Contact Centre Environments pathway is particularly relevant to managers, coordinators, operators, administrators, health and safety officers or any other role associated with this type of workplace.  

Businesses that operate from offices or contact centres may wish to use this as a high-value development opportunity for their workforce to ensure duty of care through infection control.  

The aim is to enable learners to develop knowledge and skills to control fatal infectious diseases in the context of their own role and scope of practice in the offices or contact centre where they operate. They will also develop the skills prevent, mitigate the spread, and manage breakouts of the most common infectious diseases in offices or contact centres  

Successful learners will receive a certificate that evidences the achievement of this qualification in the context of this pathway as shown:
