Transcend Level 2 Award in Emotional Skills Acquisition

The Transcend Level 2 Award in Emotional Skills Acquisition sits within a pioneering and progressive suite of qualifications which is exclusively designed to develop each learner’s self-awareness, self-motivation, self-regulation and resilience skills.  

This qualification sits in sector 14.1 Foundations for learning and life and is designed for learners in secondary schools to influence their emotional skill development. This qualification is also relevant to adults who wish to develop their emotional skills to facilitate future education and employment prospects. 

The aim is to empower learners to adapt their behaviour through emotional skill acquisition. The objectives are to provide a benefit to learners by enabling them to: 

Demonstrate the ability to analyse the impact of emotional skills on behaviour  

Demonstrate the ability to adapt behaviours through emotional skills acquisition 

Demonstrate the ability to analyse the impact of emotional skills acquisition on whole person development 

This qualification was developed with INSPIRATUS an influential education provider in this domain as our technical collaborator. It was validated though industry consultation with Omnia Foundation a revolutionary independent school.  

 The qualification is available to be delivered by education providers that comply with the Transcend Centre Recognition and Supplementary Qualification Conditions.
